Vicki McPherson is a wisecracking inmate who becomes an ally to Kath Maxwell and Spider Simpson. She plays the Volleyball game. She tries to drive Merle crazy with Spiders help and almost succeeds. She seems to hate Sarah West a lot and helps spray paint her white. She accidentally lets Merle takes some hash for the hash cookies.
