Rachel 'Roach' Waters is a former inmate of Wentworth Detention Centre.
Roach is first seen in Ettie Parslow's flats, she is one of the girls who is introduced to Ann Reynolds. Roach is the girlfriend of Rita Connors' brother Bongo Connors. She can also be seen as one of the attendants at Slasher's funeral with Bongo, and tells Rita that she recognised Joan as she said she saw someone before the fire at the bike hut.
After Bongo attempts to help Rita escape, Roach attempts to aid him by robbing a shop with Ida Brown which ends with both Ida and Roach getting arrested and sent to Wentworth Detention Centre.
Attends the work release scheme on the boat, and escapes with Mick Waters who sails the boat away while the others are on shore.
