Megan was the daughter of Anne Griffin who died as a baby. Anne named Megan after her childhood imaginary friend. Megan only appeared in the show as a flashback in episode 163 while Lizzie Birdsworth was telling Anne about how Anne Yates died in the dryer of the laundry.
