Jo Slater

Joanne "Jo" Slater, is a prisoner who arrives at Wentworth on a charge of unlicensed driving. Susie Driscoll recognizes Joanne and thinks that she is her mother (Susie hasn't her mother for seven years). Joanne feels sorry for her and goes along with Susie's belief hoping that she'll have a good impact on her. She even offers Susie a home after she is released. Later Susie finds out that she in fact isn't her mother and she's hurt. She confesses that she only wanted Susie to solve her life out, she offers Susie a home when she is later released.
