Detective Sergeant Teagan is the detective who investigates Sharon Gilmour's death, and decides it was an accident, but is forced to change his mind when allegations are made against Jock Stewart.
Teagan is forced to drop the allegations even though he is unable to make Jock admit to any wrong doing.
